Security & Trust
Your Calls. Your Customers. Your Data.
Sameday answers the most important phone line you have. Here's how we treat what comes through it.
Your Data Stays Yours
Call recordings, transcripts, and customer records belong to your business. Export them anytime; if you leave, they leave with you.
Not Training Material
Your customers' calls are not used to train models for other businesses. Your data works for you, not for your competitor across town.
Encrypted, Everywhere
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside Sameday is role-based and logged, and production access is restricted to the people who need it.
Recording With Consent
Call recording and transcription come with consent controls built in, so your team can meet the recording rules that apply where you operate.
Detailed security documentation is available on request for enterprise reviews — contact us .
Common Questions.
Who can see our call recordings and transcripts?
Your team, based on the roles you assign. Inside Sameday, access is limited, logged, and reviewed — support staff only access your account to help you, with your permission.
Is our customer list safe from other Sameday customers?
Yes. Every business's workspace is isolated. Your customers, pricing, and playbooks are never visible to anyone else.
Do you sell our data?
No. Your business data is not sold or shared for advertising.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You can export your records, and we delete your data upon request, subject to legal retention requirements.
Can you support our security review or DPA?
Yes — enterprise customers go through security questionnaires and data-processing agreements with us regularly. Ask and we'll route you to the right people.
How do I report a security concern?
Email security@gosameday.com and we'll respond quickly. We take reports from researchers and customers seriously.
Questions Your IT Team Will Ask?
Bring them. We do security reviews with national brands every month.
